All i can say about this product is WOW and it really works!!! We were sponsored a bottle at the gym today...we took it and like 20 minutes later we was grappling with some unreal endurance, focus, and energy this stuff is forrealz!! i would recomend this to anybody that is competing or thinking about competing! it doesnt hurt to try but i guarantee once you tried it you will be hooked
