Hey what's up guys? I'm checking here from California I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday. Well it's been a month since I've been taking MMAXPRO's CreXtine for about a month now and I thought I would log in with a mini-blog with my own results of MMAXPRO's CreXtine.
Firstly I am not and do not recieve any compensation from MMAXPRO, GNC or MMAHawaii.
Besides CreXtine other supplements I am taking include:
- FlintStone's Chewable Daily Mulivitamin
- GNC's Triple Strenght Fish Oil Tabs
- GNC's Mega Greens Vegetarian Tabs
Since coming to California my workouts have consisted of a CrossFit circuits, Marine Corps Daily 7; MMA and BJJ classes at Adrenalin Combat and Fitness center.
I wish I had gotten some before pics, so I could post some after pics!
Thanks to rest, rehydration and supplementation, I am able to push through strenuous Cross Fit circuit's and round robin beat downs inside Adrenalin Fitness Center's cage. Without the use of weights, I have found an increase in my strenght and explosiveness. Unfortunately I haven't been able to test myself using any hard scientific method, but I know thanks to hard training and sound supplementation I have gotten bigger and better.
Prior to my departure from, Oahu I started slacking off big time at the gym, most of the time not showing up to train, but with the help or motivation from taking CreXtine, my focused was renewed. I can't say if the focus was from CreXtine itself, or the fact that I didn't want a supplement to go to waste, and that's why I rededicated myself to the gym? But I digress.
Again, nothing but positive results from CreXtine by using it as directed. Haven't had to or tried to cut weight while taking CreXtine.
A few points to remember while taking any creatine supplement.
Drink plenty of fluid while taking creatine. Although it has not been proven, dehydration, heat-related illnesses, muscle cramps, reduced blood volume, and electrolyte imbalances are expected to be more likely to occur while taking creatine.
It has been reported that creatine may be more effective if taken with carbohydrates.
Who needs it and what are some symptoms of deficiency?
First, anyone who is ready to have more energy, build more muscle faster, and have more endurance should try supplementing with CreXtine.
Next, anyone who would like to be more toned by increasing lean muscle mass, recuperating faster, and losing that extra little fat roll should supplement with creatine. Last, anyone who is involved in intense physical activity, experiencing physical stress and fatigue, and likes incredible results should supplement with creatine.
For more info on Creatine please consult your physician, or your trusted GNC store clerk.
