I've never been a fan of supplements except for my protein shakes when im dieting and daily vitamins, but i was given comp bottle of CREXTINE to try and I gotta say I'm really impressed....

today was officially my 1st real day back training...im so out of shape after a 9 month lay-off, i was helping the guys spar last week for Got Skillz and got all banged up and exhausted going just 3 rounds kickboxing with our beginners...

tonight after work..i hit the weights with chest/tri's/bi's...ran 3 miles...headed up to Steve Farmers Gym in Pearl City...Hit the mitts hard for 6 x 3 min rounds and than did a 6 guy round robing rolling session with middle man staying in at 3 minutes each man...and i can say that i got through it all surprisingly pretty easy...huge improvement from just one week ago when i was exhausted after 3 rounds kickboxing with our beginners....

we'll see the final test tomorrow with how sore my body feels and if im able to do a similar routine at that high an intensity...

so far, so good...ill let ya'll know tomorrow how well it does for me...
